Microsoft Windows is the leading Operating system for windows in the world.
here is a list of updates and features that coming to the upcoming version of Windows 11
Start menu improvements
Notably, Microsoft has added the ability to create folders in the Pinned area of the Start menu, so you can now have many more apps visible in the Start menu by grouping them into folders. Folders can be renamed as you like and move as you would any other locked item, making it much easier to create the desired setting. You can add one row of pinned items or one row of recommended items. Some of the minor improvements here include the ability to manually update the recommended section by right-clicking on the title and then Refreshing. The taskbar has been significantly improved in Windows 11, but some functionality has been lost in the process. In the original release of Windows 11, you couldn't drag and drop items between apps on the taskbar, but this feature is back. You can drag a file from one app again and hover your mouse over the app on the taskbar to drop the file. Although not exactly displayed on the taskbar, Microsoft has also updated the pen menu that appears when the active pen is connected, including a link to Microsoft Journal.
Task switchers, snap layouts and snap groups
Doing so will bring up a range of available snap layouts, and you can drag the window into your preferred layout and choose the position for all of this at once. Then Snap Assistant will help you fill the rest of the layout with your open apps. Snap support has also been improved with the ability to suggest individual tabs in the Edge browser to complement the Snap layout. This is based on the same functionality that allows Edge tabs to appear in the Alt + Tab task selector, so you can control it the same way.And once you've grabbed all the apps you want and created a Group Snap, you can now access it more easily too. In that sense, the toggle switch has also received some visual updates. It's now a floating menu in the centre of the screen, similar to how it used to be in Windows 7, and the full-screen task view is now only accessible by pressing Windows + Tab. There are also some visual updates for window snapping and snap group management.
File Explorer: finally has tabs and many other improvements
This is a feature that Microsoft has been developing for years, but it's finally happening and is definitely welcome.
